School OT Qualifications: 

• OT License in Indiana
• Prior school or pediatric experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check 

This is a W-2 contracted position! 

Job Details: 

• Part-time
• Initial Evaluations for ages 0-3 
• ASAP- End of School Year
• Hybrid 2 days per week onsite
• Flexible to do meetings and indirect services remotely
