Description: We are currently seeking highly qualified paraprofessionals to join our team in Mesa, Arizona. This is a full-time position available immediately until the end of the school year, with the likelihood of renewal for the next academic year.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to students in the classroom
• Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain a positive and engaging learning environment
• Support students with special needs or learning disabilities
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members

Qualifications: To be considered a highly qualified paraprofessional in Arizona, you must meet one of the following criteria:

1. Hold an Associate's degree or higher
2. Have completed two years (60 semester-hour credits) of study at an institute of higher learning
3. Successfully complete an Arizona Department of Education-approved Academic Assessment Test

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive hourly rate of approximately $18+ per hour
