Paraprofessional/teacher's assistant needed!

Employment Type: Full-Time, 23/24 SY with Likely Renewal

Salary: $20-24 per hour (Negotiable based on qualifications and experience)

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional/Teacher's Assistant to join our team in providing essential support to students from Kindergarten to 12th grade. This full-time position (30+ hours per week) offers competitive pay with the opportunity for negotiation based on your qualifications and experience in school settings.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teachers to create a supportive learning environment
• Assist students with classroom activities and assignments
• Provide one-on-one support to students with special needs
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
• Assist in classroom management and behavior support

Qualifications:

• Associated Degree or High school diploma with Paraprofessional certification preferred
• Previous experience in educational settings preferred
• Patience and a passion for working with students
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
