About Us: ProCare Therapy, seeks a dedicated Paraprofessional / Teacher Aide to support Middle School students with special needs
Responsibilities:

• Full-Time: 37.5 Hours per week
• Assist in implementing individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Behavioral, Group Support, Classroom Support 
• 1:1 Support with Student
• Maintain a positive learning environment and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in education or healthcare preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and passion for student success.
