Job Description

• Paraprofessional needs
• 23/24 School Year 
• 5 days/week 
• Onsite position, 1:1/  Classroom setting
• ASAP-until end of school year
• 35+ hours/week  
•  Caseload: High school student, nonverbal/speaks Arabic (from Turkey)
  • No formal schooling
  • Needs help dressing, feeding, brushing teeth, washing himself, crossing street/going into school, will need to hold hands 
• ASAP Start through Summer, with RENWEAL for NSY
• Successful experience working with children preferred.
• Experience with ABA methodology and/or prior experience working with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred
• Ability to speak clearly and concisely both in oral and written communication.
• Ability to perform duties with awareness of all district requirements and Board of Education policies.

Job Requirements

• Active Fingerprints with WA OSPI 
• CPI or Right Response Training preferred
  • Will accept without but will need have after hire 
• High school Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check.
• Must have school experience
• Para Cert Preferred, in lieu of school experience 

Interview Process

• 10–15-minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
