Job Details:

  • Full Time
• 8:00a-2:00p
• M-F
• Highschool caseload

 

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• State Paraprofessional Licensure is preferred
• School experience is required
• Mild/Mod/Severe High School Experience 

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with the implementation of instructional activities and lesson plans, including small group instruction, one-on-one tutoring, and classroom management.
• Provide support to students with special needs, including those with physical, emotional, or learning disabilities, to help them access the curriculum and participate in classroom activities.
• Reinforce and review lessons with individual students or small groups to support their understanding and mastery of academic concepts.
• Assist with the supervision and monitoring of students during instructional periods, transitions, lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times.
