Job Description:
We are seeking two dedicated Paraprofessionals to join our team at Cave Creek, AZ. These positions are full-time and will involve working with students in both Developmental Preschool and K-3rd grade classrooms. We are looking for individuals who can start immediately and possess an IVP Fingerprint Card.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students in both Developmental Preschool and K-3rd grade classrooms.
• Assist the classroom teacher in implementing instructional activities and supporting students' learning.
• Work with small groups or individual students to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional assistance as needed.
• Assist with classroom management and behavior support strategies to promote a positive learning environment.
• Support students with special needs or developmental delays in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
• Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other school staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.

Requirements:

• Must possess an IVP Fingerprint Card.
• Previous experience working with children in an educational or childcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow directions from classroom teachers and other school staff.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the academic and social-emotional development of students.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework or training in early childhood education or related field preferred.
