Paraprofessional in Burlington, VT

Job Description:

• ASAP – June 2024
• Full-time
  • Five days per week
• 1:1
• Caseload: Elementary or Middle School
  • A few students
  • Significant Behavioral Challenges 
• Additional details will be given on interview

Qualifications:

• Strongly preferred that candidates have paraprofessional experience in schools or working with children.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits:

• $21+ per hour (based of previous experience)
• Weekly competitive compensation (W-2)
• 401k matching
• Insurance offered: Health, Optical, and Dental

Interview Process:

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• 20-30 minute interview directly with the school district
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the interview
