Job Description: As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with educators and support staff to provide assistance to students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Assisting teachers in implementing lesson plans and instructional activities.
• Supporting students in their academic and behavioral development.
• Collaborating with special education professionals to address individualized student needs.
• Providing one-on-one or small group support as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred).
• Previous experience working with students in an educational or childcare setting.
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for working with students of all abilities.
