OPENING - Teacher of Visually Impaired Students in Pittsburg, PA

There is a contracted opening for a Teacher of Visually Impaired Students with ProCare Therapy in Pittsburg, PA for the remainder of the 2023/24 school year. ProCare is looking for reliable and committed professionals to fill this role.


The candidate will be responsible for providing instruction and support to students with visual impairments in both individual and group settings. This position requires the teacher to work closely with students, families, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Must be a certified Teacher of the Visually Impaired in Pennsylvania 
• Interpersonal skills and the ability to work cohesively with parents and teachers is imperative
• School experience is preferred
• Past TVIS experience is desired

• Pay will be based on experience and district budget (starting at $25/hr)
