Responsibilities:

• Service K-12 caseload 
  • Multiple school sites
• General duties consist of the following:
  • Provide 1:1 services
  • Report writing
  • Case management 
  • Consult with families
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff
• This role is onsite

Work Hours:

•  Full-time

• Starting April 26, 2024 to End of school year
  • This role will renew for the 2024-2025 academic year

Requirements:

• Active NC Physical Therapist license
• Previous school experience is highly preferred
