On-Site Occupational Therapist Opening - School Based - Redwood City, CA

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist for a rewarding opportunity in a school-based setting. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation of $45-55 per hour on a W2 contract basis. Full-time hours of 30+ per week are required to qualify for benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401K retirement. This position is located in a high school setting and serves the entire district.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to high school students district-wide
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement interventions
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to support student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports

Requirements:

• Full-time availability (30+ hours per week)
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
