We're currently seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for indirect services, with a commitment of 32.5 hours weekly, in Little Falls, MN at Mid State Education District. This position spans from September 3, 2024, to May 23, 2025, and is specifically for the 24/25 school year. The role is onsite only, focusing on students ranging from early childhood to 22 years old. The caseload includes approximately 80 students, with a predominant focus on indirect services and minimal pull-out and direct services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide indirect occupational therapy services to students across a diverse age range, from early childhood to 22 years old.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each student.
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to student support.
• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' functional abilities and determine appropriate interventions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to support the overall educational experience of students.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous experience working with students across various age groups preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of 80 students, primarily focusing on indirect services.
• Dedication to providing high-quality services and supporting student development.
