Occupational Therapist Needed in the Litchfield Park, AZ Area

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team for the 24/25 school year. This position is based in Litchfield Park, AZ, and involves working with K-8th grade students across 2-3 sites, depending on caseload requirements. The role is part-time and requires onsite presence.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students in accordance with their individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Assess, plan, and implement appropriate therapy interventions to help students achieve their educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to ensure effective delivery of services
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions, progress notes, and other relevant records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Valid license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Arizona
• Prior experience working with school-aged children is preferred
• Strong knowledge of relevant assessments, intervention strategies, and therapy techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
