Are you an experienced Paraprofessional looking for a rewarding opportunity in an elementary school setting? ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Paraprofessional in Raytown, MO. This full-time position offers 35 hours per week and the chance to make a positive impact on students' lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students as directed by the teacher
• Support students with special needs in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
• Assist with the implementation of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior plans
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to create a positive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional in a school setting required
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and other staff members
• Ability to follow directions and work independently as needed
