Responsibilities:
As a School Occupational Therapist, you will work with students to help them develop the skills necessary for successful participation in school activities and promote independence in daily life.
 

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students' motor skills, sensory processing, and functional abilities.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to address students' needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve students' fine motor skills, visual-motor integration, self-care skills, and sensory processing.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social-emotional development.
• Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies to promote students' participation and accessibility in the school environment.
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and intervention plans.
