 PCA / Paraprofessional 

Location: Scranton, PA
Employment Type:  Contract, Full-Time 32-35 hrs/week
Dates: ASAP - June 14, 2024
Pay Range: $15-18/hr

General Duties: 

• 1:1 Caseload - Autistic Support, Multiple Disabilities, and Emotional Support
• Caseload may include student with severe behaviors (Hitting, Biting, Spitting, Running).
• Toileting, Diapering, and Lifting may be necessary.
• Gauge your candidate's comfort level with this before presenting. There will be no exceptions or accommodation

Requirements: 

• Must have all PA Clearances
• High School Diploma or Higher 
• Prior experience working in a school setting preferred
• Empathy, compassion, and a genuine commitment to promoting student health and well-being.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
