ProCare Therapy is hiring for a full-time Special Education Teachers in Tuscaloosa, AL! This is a wonderful opportunity with a fantastic school district in the area while expanding or building experience in special education! The district is actively holding interviews with potential of offering renewals to work for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year! Some details are below:

• Full-time; 32.5 hours/weekly 
• Starting February 19, 2024 until June 20, 2024
  • Extension into 2024-2025 school year will be dependent upon performance
• Service youth ages 6-18 
  • EBD caseload
  • Some ASD students 
• General duties include but not limited to: 
  •  Develop lesson plans
  • Ability to teach core subjects
  • Consultation with parents
• There will be paraprofessionals in classroom for support

Requirements:

• Active AL Special Education Teacher license with K-12 Endorsement
• Previous schools experience preferred
