Job Description

• Full-time: 37.5hrs/WK
  • 7:30am-2:20pm
• Onsite
• Caseload: 9-12 (High School) 
  • More details upon interview 
• Ability to provide support and counsel to students to ensure social, emotional, and academic growth 
• Communicate effectively with students, families, teachers, administration, etc.

Job Requirements

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Therapist
• Valid Arizona Department of Education certificate for School Counseling, PreK-12 or Social Worker.
• Obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Identity Verified Prints (IVP) Fingerprint Clearance Card (AZ IVP FPCC)
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or equivalent.
• A background in school counseling

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
