Description:

We are currently hiring multiple School Paraprofessionals to join our team in Costa Mesa, CA. These positions offer guaranteed full-time hours and provide an opportunity to work with students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Placement will be based on experience and candidate preference, ensuring a fulfilling and rewarding role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers and other educational staff in providing instructional support to students.
• Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce learning concepts.
• Support students with diverse needs, including academic, behavioral, and developmental.
• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement lesson plans and educational activities.
• Provide assistance in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a positive learning environment.
• Complete CA state clearances and school requirements promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher is preferred.
• Experience working with students in an educational setting is desirable.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively with a diverse team.
• Willingness to complete CA state clearances and school requirements.
