Job Title: Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher
Location: Port Chester, NY
Employment Type: Contract, Part-Time (5+ Hours/Week)
Caseload Details: Proficiency in ASL, Understanding Curriculum Services for Students with Disabilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored instruction to meet the unique needs of DHH students
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies
• Collaborate with educational team to create individualized education plans
• Track and report student progress

Requirements:

• Valid state teaching license/certification for Deaf and Hard of Hearing Education in NY.
• Experience working with students with varying degrees of hearing loss
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
