The selected candidate will be hired on as a full time contracted employee through ProCare Therapy. A school year contract will be awarded for you to complete. Job Description

• This is a full-time, school based position.
• You will be assigned 1:1 with a K-12 student based on your experience, preference, and highest need. You will participate in daily movement between classrooms and transitions to general education rooms to support students there. 
• You will provide a supportive learning environment for students with autism and/or emotional behavioral disorders.
• You will work with your assigned student to help facilitate their learning experience throughout the day.

Job Requirements

• Previous school paraprofessional and/or behavior experience 
• Immediate reference available 
• Must be able to pass a drug and background check

Interview Process

• 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
• 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with school district
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
