Looking for a School Occupational Therapist (OT) for 24-25 SY

ProCare Therapy is actively seeking candidates to consider for a Full-time Occupational Therapist for a job opportunity near Bronx, NY area. Our agency has partnered with a school district near Bronx, NY which is looking for applicants who can start as soon as possible for the 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' therapy needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with educators and parents to support students' academic success.
• Provide therapy services focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Maintain precise records and progress reports.

Job Duties:

• 30 Hours Per Week
• Monday - Friday
• Work Hours: 8:30am - 3pm (30-Minute Unpaid Lunch)
• Readiness Program: PreK - 3-5 Year Olds
• Small Student Caseload
• 1 Campus Location - No Travel
• On-Site Interview

Qualifications:

• Valid NY Occupational Therapist license.
• Previous school-based experience is advantageous.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for nurturing students' potential.
