ProCare Therapy has partnered with a school district nestled in Schenectady, New York to find a Licensed Practical Nurse for the current school year! We are looking for an experienced individual who is passionate about helping students with disabilities.

Responsibilities: 

• 1:1 care
• Administer first aid and basic nursing care to students in case of minor injuries or illnesses
• Administer medications to students as prescribed, ensuring proper dosage and documenting administration
• Keep accurate records of students' health information, including immunization records, medical histories, and documentation of any health services provided at school
• Collaborate with teachers, school counselors, and parents to address the health needs of students

Qualifications:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse license 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in school or pediatric setting a plus
