Registered Nurse (RN) Job Available - Gages Lake, IL

I am currently scheduling interviews this upcoming week to hire a registered nurse to help with our students. 

Details:

• Nurse - RN or LPN
• West Chicago, IL
  • Nurse will meet at the High School and ride bus with student to location
• 10-15hrs/wk (schedule below)
• ASAP - 5/25
• 1:1 with transition student for daily outings
  • student is very independent but is required to have a nurse available on community outings
• Nurse needs trach experience, non-negotiable
• Schedule:
  Monday 11:45-2pm, Fitness at the ARC and shopping at Jewel
  Wednesday 11-2pm, Feed my Starving Children
  Thursday 9:30-11am, Fitness at the ARC
  Friday 11:30-2pm, Community Based Instruction- different locations in the community
