LBS1 Special Education Teacher Opening in Lake Forest, IL

ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join our team in Lake Forest, IL. Please see additional details below:

Requirements:

• Valid ELL Certification
• LBS1 Certification
• Experience working with K-8th grade students
• Ability to manage a caseload of 150 students for the whole district (Very Small)
• Onsite position at one location
• Ability to work full-time 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student success
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and services provided

• Summer needs available if the candidate is a good fit
• Summer schedule: June 4th - July 3rd, 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM or 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
