Kindergarten-Based Physical Therapist Opening

Assignment Details:

• Onsite
• General duties include the following:
  • Conducting evaluations 
  • Providing eligibility services
  • Consult with administrative staff and families
  • Report writing
• Full-time
• Kindergarten caseload
• This position is looking to start April 5, 2024 - End of school year
  • Renewal extension for 2024-2025 school year is currently being finalized

Qualifications:

• Must possess an active PEL Endorsement in Physical Therapy license
• Must have IL Physical Therapy license
• Previous school experience is preferred but not required
