Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with state curriculum standards
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment
- Collaborate with colleagues to assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to provide updates on student performance and classroom activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid teaching certification in South Carolina
- Previous experience working with elementary-aged students preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to the individual needs of students and differentiate instruction accordingly
