Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Valid Special Education teaching certification in Arizona
• Previous experience working with students with special needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide direct instruction and support to students in various academic subjects
• Adapt curriculum materials and teaching strategies to meet the unique needs of each student
• Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies as needed
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other professionals to ensure the success of each student
