As a Paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' academic and social development within the school setting.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students under the guidance of a certified teacher.
• Assist with implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Encourage student engagement and participation in learning activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional standards at all times.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree or higher preferred).
• Experience working with children or adolescents in an educational setting.
• Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
