Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid New Jersey state licensure or eligibility
• School-based experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other team members
• Commitment to professional growth and development

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' functional abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide direct therapy services to students in accordance with their IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' needs in the school environment
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided and student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and other team meetings as needed
