Sign Language Interpreter - Baytown, TX

Description: We are currently seeking a Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) to join our team in Baytown, TX. This position offers an immediate start date and extends until the end of the school year. It is a full-time role, providing services across 1-2 buildings as needed, serving middle school to high school students. Candidates must hold both RID and BEI certification.

Requirements:

• RID (Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf) certification
• BEI (Board for Evaluation of Interpreters) certification
• Previous experience working as a Sign Language Interpreter in educational settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work in multiple buildings as needed
