Full-Time Physical Therapist (24/25 School Year) - Parachute, CO

Description: We are seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our team for the 24/25 school year in Parachute, CO. This position will involve working onsite at 2-3 school sites, serving students from Kindergarten to 12th grade with mild to moderate articulation needs.

Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to students with diverse needs
• Conduct evaluations and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student progress

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Colorado Physical Therapist license or eligibility
• Experience working with pediatric population preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel between school sites
