Instructional Aide/Paraprofessional needed in Nottingham, NH

We are seeking a dedicated School Aide/Paraprofessional to join our team near Nottingham, NH. In this role, you'll work closely with teachers and other staff members to support the academic, social, and emotional needs of students. Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students in the classroom.
• Assist with instructional activities and classroom management under the direction of the teacher.
• Support students with special needs, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other non-instructional times.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or college coursework preferred
• Experience working with children preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
