Teacher's Aide
Procare Therapy, a leading staffing agency in the education field since 1997, is seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team at one of our trusted schools in Riverside, CA. In this contracted role, you will work closely with students, educators, and parents to provide essential educational services within a school environment. Job Details: 

• Prepare the classroom to promote a healthy and safe learning environment
• Ensure classroom safety guidelines are met at all times
• Utilize various techniques to be successful with managing students
• Engage with children to enhance and encourage learning
• Assist the teacher in modifying materials to meet the specific needs of a child
• Provide basic caregiving duties, support, and encouragement in all aspects of development
• Assist with other personal or physical care assistance
• Take necessary precautions to protect students
• Monitor the classroom and minimize distractions and disruptions
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher is a plus).
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of special education practices and techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications, including first aid/CPR.

Interview Process:

• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
