Teacher's Aide
Procare Therapy, a leading staffing agency in the education field since 1997, is seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team at one of our trusted schools in Hawthorne, NY. In this contracted role, you will work closely with students, educators, and parents to provide essential educational services within a school environment. Your expertise will contribute to the overall well-being and development of students, helping them reach their full potential. At Procare, our mission is to encourage each child to confidently and proudly achieve his or her full potential.

Job Details: 

• 1:1 positions

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree or higher is a plus).
• Previous experience working with students in an educational setting is preferred.
• Knowledge of special education practices and techniques is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Willingness to complete required training and certifications, including first aid/CPR.

Interview Process:

• (10-15) minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
• (20-30) minute virtual interview directly with the school
• Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview.
