Hiring: Paraprofessionals in Manchester, NH

ProCare Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic Paraprofessional to join our team and make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with special needs. As a Paraprofessional, you will play a pivotal role in providing individualized support and assistance, collaborating closely with classroom teachers to implement effective instructional strategies.

Everyday Duties: 

• Assist classroom teachers in implementing instructional activities and strategies.
• Work closely with students, providing individualized support and assistance as needed.
• Collaborate with special education teachers and other team members to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to students.

Interview Process:

• 15 minute screening phone call with a ProCare Therapy representative
• 30 Minute zoom interviews with the district
• Offers are typically 24/48 hours after an interview
• You will be provided an interview prep sheet prior to the interview process
