Are you a Registered Behavioral technician  who loves dedicating your time and services to children? We have the perfect current-schoolyear opportunity for you then. The school district we partnered with has a full-time position that works with a K-12th grade caseload. Please reach out to me if you are or anybody you know is interested in this position!
 

Job Details: 

  • Onsite near Oakland , California  
  • Start ASAP  
  • # of students / ages of students TBD 
  • 1 or more school sites (can reimburse for mileage in-between school sites)

Responsibilities:
•            Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support students with behavioral challenges.
•            Provide one-on-one and group behavioral support and intervention in educational settings.
•            Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote positive behavior and academic success.
•            Collect and analyze data to track student progress and modify interventions as needed.
•            Assist in the development of Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs).
•            Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
•            Maintain accurate records and documentation of behavioral interventions.

Qualifications:
•            Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
•            Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred).
•            Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•            Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus.
•            A passion for working with students with behavioral challenges.
