We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team in the Menifee, CA area. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic, social, and emotional development of our students.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' academic abilities, social skills, emotional well-being, and behavior.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school personnel to develop and implement effective interventions and support strategies.
- Provide counseling and guidance services to students individually and in groups to address various concerns and promote positive coping skills.
- Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans.
- Serve as a resource for staff and parents on topics related to child development, behavior management, and mental health.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a positive and inclusive school climate that fosters students' overall well-being.
Qualifications:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field from an accredited institution.
- Valid California PPS credential in School Psychology.
- Experience working with middle school students preferred.
- Strong knowledge of psychological and educational assessment tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
