Full Time School Psych Opening in Compton, CA

We are actively seeking a dedicated School Psychologist to join our team and contribute to the success of students in our school district. As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment by providing comprehensive psychological services to students, educators, and parents.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate cognitive, academic, and social-emotional functioning
• Collaborate with school staff to develop and implement effective interventions
• Provide counseling services to individual students and groups
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and administrators to support a holistic approach to student success

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
• State licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
