Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Full-Time School Paraprofessional in Topsham, ME. As a paraprofessional, you will play a crucial role in supporting the educational needs of our students and assisting teachers in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with classroom activities, including preparing materials and managing student behavior.
• Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
• Supervise students during various activities, such as lunch, recess, and field trips.
• Collaborate with teachers to implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special needs.
• Foster a safe and supportive learning environment for all students.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
