Description: Join our dynamic team as a Full-Time School Paraprofessional in Scottsdale, AZ, and play an integral role in supporting the educational journey of our students. As a paraprofessional, you will work closely with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic growth and personal development.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers to implement instructional activities and support student learning.
• Provide individualized assistance to students who require additional academic or behavioral support.
• Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe and respectful learning environment.
• Support students with special needs by implementing accommodations and modifications outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Supervise students during lunch, recess, and other activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Previous experience working with children, particularly in an educational setting, is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and adapt to the changing needs of the classroom.
