Full-Time School Occupational Therapist (OT) Opportunity in Riverton, WY

We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team near Riverton, WY. As a full-time OT, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of 70 students, providing essential occupational therapy services to support their academic and functional needs. With para support available to assist you, you'll play a crucial role in helping students thrive.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' goals and objectives.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving fine motor skills, sensory processing, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other team members to support students' success in the school environment.
• Supervise and provide guidance to paraeducators assisting with occupational therapy interventions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Wyoming state licensure or eligibility
• Experience working in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
