Full Time School Counselor - Manor, TX

ProCare Therapy  is seeking a highly dedicated and compassionate School Counselor to join our team for the 2023-2024 academic year. As a Counselor in a school setting, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their full potential, both academically and personally.

Job Description:

• Full time hours 
• K-12th grade caseload
• Onsite position

Responsibilities:

• Assisting students in developing academic plans and goals.
• Offering support for study skills, time management, and academic success strategies.
• Addressing personal and social issues that may affect a student's well-being.
• Offering support for students dealing with emotional challenges, family problems, or peer relationships.
• Facilitating group counseling sessions or workshops on topics such as conflict resolution and communication skills.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in School Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution required.
• School Counseling Licensure in Texas required.
• Able to pass a background check and drug test required.
