Full Time Paraprofessionals Needed!!- Londonderry, NH
 

We are currently seeking dedicated Full-Time Paraprofessionals to join our team in Londonderry, NH. As a Paraprofessional, you will work closely with educators and other professionals to provide essential support to students with diverse learning needs. Your role will be instrumental in helping students succeed academically and reach their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist students in the classroom with various tasks, including academic assignments and behavioral support.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other team members to create a supportive learning environment.
• Provide one-on-one or small-group instruction to students as directed by the classroom teacher.
• Implement and reinforce positive behavior interventions.
• Support students with special needs in achieving their individualized education plan (IEP) goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with students and helping them succeed.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is a plus but not required.
