Job Title: Paraprofessional

Location: Merced, CA.

Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support student growth. Assist teachers, provide one-on-one support, and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering instructional activities.
• Provide one-on-one and small group support.
• Implement accommodations for special needs students.
• Support classroom management and behavior interventions.
• Collaborate on individualized learning plans.
• Maintain accurate student records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous educational experience preferred.
• Knowledge of instructional strategies.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
