Position Overview: Seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional to provide valuable classroom support.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with instructional activities and support students
• Reinforce learning concepts and assist with assignments
• Support classroom management and promote positivity
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
• Previous experience in education or working with children preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and a desire to support student success
