Job Title: Paraprofessional

Location: Sanbornville, NH

Position Overview: Seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to support teachers and students in a positive educational setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers with lesson plans and activities.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.
• Maintain a safe and orderly classroom environment.
• Support students with special needs, including those with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to address academic and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Prior experience working with students, preferably in education.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for student growth and development.
