Full time Paraprofessional school job available

A school in the Nanticoke, PA area is working to find a Paraprofessional for a 1:1 caseload position that will be ultimately be working as a Personal Care Assistant for the remainder of the full school year. This job opening will be working with a population that may include Autistic Support, multiple disabilities, and emotional support. Caseload may include students with severe behaviors (hitting, biting, spiting, and running). The ideal candidate will have proof of High school diploma or higher education and will be CPR/First Aid certified. Assignment specifics:

• Full time contract (32-35 hours/week)
• K-12 school ages
• Autistic Support, multiple disabilities, and emotional support population
• Remainder of the school year

Qualifications:

• Proof of High school diploma, First Aid certified/CPR
• Clear background/drug screen
• Can start within 2 weeks
