Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team in Albany, CA. As an OT, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate occupational therapy interventions for individuals of all ages with various disabilities or developmental delays.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients to assess their occupational therapy needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and goals.
• Provide direct therapy services to clients in individual or group settings.
• Monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other professionals to ensure continuity of care and progress towards goals.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an Occupational Therapist in California.
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
